Anke Feuchtenberger is probably the best known German female comic artist. She has been publishing comics, drawings and illustrations since 1993 in her very own peculiar style which has often been imitated but never quite equaled. As a professor she has been teaching Illustration and Comic-Art in Hamburg since 1997 and has taught emerging artists such as Arne Bellstorf, Line Hoven and Sascha Hommer.
